Drum Workshop Executive Vice President and resident drum designer John Good is a self-professed drum geek.  Some call him a “Woodologist” and Neil Peart coined the moniker “Wood Whisperer” over a decade ago. John is passionate about one thing, taking the art of drum making to new and uncharted places. He travels the globe in search of new and exotic sustainable woods. John’s unwavering drive and commitment has become synonymous with DW Drums. His award winning designs are appreciated and played by many of the world’s top professionals.
